Tupac Shakur Murder Suspect Duane Keefe D Davis Arrested
Breaking News: Justice for Tupac After 27 Years
Keefe D Davis Implicated in 1996 Drive-by Shooting
On Friday, after decades of frustration for those seeking justice for the beloved rapper Tupac Shakur, authorities announced a Clark County grand jury indictment.
Duane Keith Davis, 60, known as Keefe D or Keffe D, was arrested in connection with the murder. Las Vegas police also carried out a warrant in Clark County targeting Davis.
Davis, who previously admitted to being in the car from which the fatal shots were fired, was taken into custody on Friday. The self-proclaimed last living suspect in the investigation, Davis has admitted to knowing who killed Tupac Shakur.
In 2009, Davis confessed to police his role in the case, a former detective who investigated the shooting told CNN. It is believed that Davis is the last remaining suspect in the murder.
